I had tubal ligation 2 years ago and now my husband and I wish we hadn't and want to conceive. Since my tubal was done via cautirization (sp?) I have a better chance of success with IVF. Has anyone else gone through IVF after tubal here? Are our chances better than average since there aren't 'fertility' issues other than the tubal? We have our consultation on 4/14 and I know I'll get a lot of answers and info. then... but I'm anxious!!! LOL

Hey there sadievon - I just joined recently and I think this is my first post. I have been scouring the boards trying to figure out where I belong. I had a TL in Sept 03 and- like most- regretted it almost immediately. My surgeon was thorough though...which is great if I hadnt changed my mind.... My TL cannot be reversed with any degree of success so our only option is IVF. I have my first american consultation (had an RE in Canada) on the 24th of this month... looking to get this party started. I welcome any suggestions, recommendations, success stories... Thanks all, I hope to be posting here more regularly (and eventually on the PG boards!!! )
