Hey all,

What do you LOVE about your city/state??
I am a transplant to NC from NY but I fell in love with NC
my first week here......I think spring is soooo beautiful here

It has been fun watching my daughter notice all the new blossoms
etc......we have been also watching the birds....she thinks it is
great she can identify Robins now!!

Anyway thought I would get some thoughts on other places
around the south

I live in NC and I love it. DH is from Indiana, but said he will never live anywhere other than NC for the rest of his life.

We really like the weather, that you can go to the mountains or the beach in no time, the scenery. Right now we are both miserable in the city where we live (we need a bit more culture ) but plan on moving in the next year. We will still be in NC though.
