What are some things that are fun to do in your area? Are they good for children or just for adults? Maybe we can give eachother ideas

Dh and I are avid campers/hikers and love to visit local campgrounds and state parks. We're nearest to Beltzsville and Promised land. While I like them both, Promised land is a lot less crowded and nicer.

We are also amusement park junkies. As far as taking the children, Knoebels is the best. It's about 2 hours away from us, near Danville PA. We also enjoy Hershey park and Dorney park.

I love Knoebels...I've camped there several times and can't wait to take Woody when he's older.

We usually take our children camping at about a year old (no more than one or two nights ) I was 11 months old my first night at Knoebels lol It is a really great place for families.
