We went to Brookfield zoo on Sunday June 27th- It was a perfect day to go.

Where in Illinois are you?
I am in Aurora near Fox Valley Mall.

Sheryl- I did not end up going although I did buy a zoo membership online since I will go at least 3 times this summer. Since I have the membership, I will likely go more often.
I am in Schaumburg but know Aurora well since I graduated from Aurora University!

We are thinking of getting a zoo membership too. I just love it there. Do you ever go to Lincoln Park Zoo?

I am not too thrilled about driving in the city and I don't think that public transportation is too great with a baby/child. So, Brookfield zoo it is for me! I got the Family Plus membership so that I can bring someone with each time without them having to pay. It seemed like a much better deal since it includes unlimited Hamill Family zoo and Children's zoo with some passes for guests. I would guess that you could turn in reciepts from your pervious visit to credit towards your membership price.
