Just popped in to see what was going on around here. I see that Sarah asked about me, so I figured I'd say hello and give you all a little update.

We are all doing pretty well. Emily is good. She seems to be getting out of her terrible twos and turning into a nice little girl again She took dance and summer school and will be continuing both come fall. She's become quite a little daddy's girl, too.

John is....well John is a little BOY! Soooo different from Emily. He's a little terror, especially since he started walking. He climbs on anything (moving or not). I keep saying before the end of the summer i'm going to have him in the hospital for stitches. He's a wild man. But so cute. He's got the most awesome little personality. I could sit and watch him all day. I dont remember Emily being this much fun at this age.

Chris is doing well. He pretty much took the whole summer off of everything to get things in order after being gone for so long. He spent alot of time just enjoying the kids. He starts back at school in a couple weeks.

I am doing well. I had surgery a few weeks back which sucked. I ended up having a total hysterectomy. So I've been in recovery mode since then. I'm finally feeling back to normal and actually much better than before the surgery. I'm struggling a little with the hormone replacement therapy and looking into changing to something more natural. We'll see how that goes. I also started a home business selling skincare and cosmetics. Something I never thought I'd do, but I'm absolutely LOVING it!! I've been going like crazy and the money has been awesome. I love being out of the house a couple nights a week, too. It's good for Chris to get some alone time with the kids and I was getting a little burned out doing nothing but being mommy 24/7.

So, that our little update. Thanks for asking about us. I told Amy I'd send her some pics to make me a sig since I'm clueless about how to post pics here at this new board. HOpefully you'll see some new pics from me soon.

Hey, nice to see you! I'm glad to hear that your family is doing well! Sounds like Emily and John are doing great! It's so wonderful that Chris was able to take the summer and spend it with you and the kids! I'm so glad that you are feeling good now after your surgery! I hope you find something that helps with your hormone replacement. Good luck with your home business, sounds like you are having fun with it! Don't be a stranger!

Yay! Its SO great to hear from you! Im so happy Chris is home and has gotten to spend the summer with you guys! Thats such great news. And Im very happy Emily is getting better, I know it has been hard with her. Thats so cute she is in dance! Hannah is starting gymnastics soon.

Im sorry you had to have surgery. My Mom had a radical hystorectomy when I was 3 or so and it sucked. I hope you get the hormone therapy figured out and you feel 100% soon!

Good for you doing a home business, thats great you are getting out of the house and making some money! You sound much happier than you did the last few times we have heard from you, that makes me happy!

I cant wait to see some new pictures, I bet the kids are so big now! Please try to post more, I love hearing from you!

OMG, how did I totally forget about your surgery? My mind is sooooo gone since having kids, it's awful! I am so glad to hear that Chris is getting to spend so much time with the kids! They and he probably love that so much! I'm glad to hear that you're recovering well from your surgery. Get those pictures of the kiddos to me soon, I want to see how much they've grown!
