Hi All!

I love this message board! I was wondering if you could tell me your favorite places to go with your kids. I know that my son, who is 4 likes to go to Mother's Beach in Long Beach because there are no waves. Everyone has thier favorite places, and I want to broaden our horizons. We live near Long Beach, but we like to travel out of the way sometimes too. Any feedback would be great!

Hi Nikki. I am new to this board but I thought I would give you a reply. I'm Melodi and I have a 3 year old son. Some of the places I go with my son are: Obviously the park, I take him to the Irvine Spectrum to play in the pop jets and on the carousel, I take him to the Jones mini farm in San Juan capistrano, I take him to Irvine Park to ride the ponies and the train, I take him to Disneyland, to Wild Rivers, to gym classes, swimming at the local pool, to the pet store and play area at the mall, to the long beach aqaurium and playdates whenever I can. Hope that helped.

If you ever get the chance to travel to the San Francisco Bay area there are several places: Great America, Bonfonte Gardens, Barbie Museum, Jelly Belly Factory, Teddy Bear Factory, Winchester Mystery House, The Boardwalk, to name a few and that isnt even getting into San Francisco.
Of course if you are looking for a hour or so time filler for smaller kids there is always a McDonald's play area my kids loved it when they were little.
