I moved here in March of 2003 (so about a year and a half). I lived here once before in about 1997. My DH's family has lived here for a very long time so we moved here so he could work for the family company.
You don't find too many people who are born and raised here! Do you find it hard being a LV native, and being surrounded by people who are all from other places?
I actually have quite a few friends that I've known since high school or earlier. My DH was born in CA, but raised here & I have my 3 sisters who live here too. So I don't feel like the sole native. It is fun though meeting people all the time from other places.
Ok. Cause sometimes I feel like the only CA person around. I love Las Vegas. Last time we were there was last summer. Can't wait till we can afford to go again.
