Need a pediatrician in Newark/Fremont California

Hi Everyone,
My friend lives in Newark, CA and is in desperate need of a good pediatrician. She's new to the area. She has a 4 month old little girl and her current doctor is AWFUL! He never even calls her back.
Any recommendations?
