The first 2,500 IKEA visitors each day of the birthday celebration whom are 18 years old or older will receive a free scratcher. Scratcher prize opportunities include: IKEA gift cards, select IKEA furniture pieces, free soda, free slice of cake, and much more. Plus, everyone who receives a scratcher will also have the chance to enter a drawing to win a $6,000 IKEA home makeover. A $6,000 IKEA home makeover will be given away each of the six days of the store birthday. *$6,000 IKEA home makeover will be given in the form of IKEA gift cards. Scratcher/entry form will only be available while supplies last. Entry forms for the $6,000 IKEA home makeovers will be collected near the IKEA ballroom. Limit one scratcher/entry form per visitor per day; unless visitor is randomly chosen to sing “Happy Birthday to IKEA” then they will receive one extra opportunity that day to win.

Any customer whose birthday falls on any one of the six days, October 4th - October 9th, 2006 , will receive a free lunch or dinner from the IKEA restaurant. They must show a valid ID that displays their birth date to the store greeter
