Default Is your family complete now?

For Dave and I, the expense of TTC for Grant was over whelming.
(I also found out being pg at 37 isnt what it is cracked up to be )
And because it took so long to get pg, we will still have Grant in Daycare while we are sending Sam off to college.
So for us, $$$ made the decision for us, we are done.
I would have liked to have had 2 since there is such an age difference between Grant and Sam and Micale since he will basically be an only child at age 9.

So what about you ladies?

My family can be complete with Ed, Aidan and I- but I truly hope to add at least one more baby- maybe 2- God Willing.

I loved being pregnant and I love being a mommy. So only time will tell.

I refuse to TTC like we did...so if it is meant to happen naturally again then it will. Otherwise we will be happy as a family of 3.

I love that picture in your signature! What a sweetie!

I am not sure if my family is complete. I do feel a tremendous sense of peace now that Morgan has entered my life. If we get pregnant again I will be thrilled, but I will not be devestated if I am never pregnant again. Our IF issues were male factor and after DH had surgery we got pregnant, but we have not practiced birth control and I am not pregnant. I guess we will just see what is in the cards for us.

Does it sound too ungrateful to say I also did not like being pregnant?

I think we are done as well. For two reasons. One is twins is all I can handle and feel like each child is getting all the attention they need. The other is money..It's so expensive to do IVF and the toll it takes on your body is major!

I guess our little family is now complete, thanks to our wonderful and precious son Mason (though I already miss my little baby as he is growing up so fast!) After all I am 40.....and we are surviving on only my income so IVF would probably be out of our reach anyway. We do have 2 frozen embies that we wonder about......no real decisions yet.... And I have to say I was one of the lucky ones that loved being PG....loved my big belly, knowing Mason was growing inside of me....and other than m/s the entire time, and chronic heartburn.....it really was fairly "easy" for me. Can't say the same about labour though!!!!!!!!!!!!!
