Great to see an update from you!
It's amazing how crammed your day gets at home with a little one to take care of (or in your case TWO little ones to care for!), I know what you mean! I often laugh that going back to work is like a rest for me!! I'm glad the girls are now better, it's hard seeing such little ones sick.
Congrats on Marcy starting walking....or should I say WATCH OUT! But then, the crawling and pulling up is even more of a shock isn't it?! I'm sure Mandy won't be far behind, although I do like a girl that takes her time and does things when she is ready. My Mason starting walking far too early as far as I'm concerned - it felt like my baby was hardly a baby when he walked at 9 months.....
Sounds like Marcy is a bit like Mason temper or "frustration" wise. He still throws things when he gets frustrated - in fact it's gotten a bit worse as he's gotten older. I must make time to read a few of the parenting books I've got sitting gathering dust!!! Good luck to you too. I'm sure it's all "normal" though.
