I've been MIA (sorry!!!!)

Hi everyone!

I hope some of you remember me!! I was on the IVF website for waaaaaay to long when I was trying to get pg, then on the "pg after IVF" kind of on and off. I had a rough pg, and found it hard to get enthusiastic about the boards. I've been suffering from post partum depression since Kieran was a week old

, so that also has made it difficult for me to get up the urge to post. I hope you all forgive me!!

I'm starting to feel like a normal person again, also the PPD still gets me down now and then

. I'd like to get to know you all again

~ I see many familiar names on the board still. THat's awesome.

Lovely to see you over here.

I'm so sorry you have been suffering PPD, and hope that disappears for good very soon. It's hard isn't it to have TTC for so long, to have struggled so much to have a baby in the first place, and then to suffer from PPD?! It's the last thing you expect. I haven't been diagnosed with PPD, but have had some mild depression and heaps of teary spells since Mason was born. Even more since he turned 1. I get angry with myself as it just spoils me enjoying somebody I've waited so very long to meet!

anyway....sorry to go on about me....
so glad you've posted
you'll find this board slow, but that's because we are all busy with our little ones, but you will find quite a few familiar faces popping in from time to time when they can.

I look forward to seeing you, and hearing all about Kieran

Hi Cindy. Welcome back!!! I'm glad you are starting to feel better. It's great to see you back on the boards. I don't have a ton of time to get on because of work and Jackson, but I try to get on at least once a week and check in. How is Kieran doing? I love the picture with Kieran and your dalmation. Too cute. Make sure you keep popping in...it's good to hear from you.

I do remember seeing your name around over the past few years. Our kids are only 2 weeks apart. Annabella was born on 1-27-05! Glad that you posted.

Are you taking meds for the PPD? I hope that things are getting better for you. Hormones do wacky things.

Sorry to hear about the PPD. Hopefully it will totally go away soon!

Your little one is adorable.....glad to see you are back to posting....

Keep in touch, as mentioned, board is a bit slow but we do all check in!
