Lisa I hear what you say about vacations being for the kids...and tireing for the parents! In fact we are headed off this weekend for a week by the beach...sounds relaxing...except every mom knows there is no rest for the mom on a vacation! We still have to rise early with the child(ren), cook, do a bit of cleaning, keep an eye on them ALL the time (your story sounds familiar - even with one you can easily lose them in a second!), keep them entertained blah blah blah! But what great memories family vacations make for children as they grow up....

I too hope some of our old buddies drop by - I've been doing some "investigating" (using old posts to find them, then searching for all their posts), but many of them haven't posted for a long long time....months if not years.... A couple are on the 30+ parenting board - I try to keep up with their news when I remember!

Okay, better go finish up in the office in preparation for our trip.
