Hi Ladies!
I was wondering if you remember how long it took for AF to return after delivery. My son is 16 weeks old (3 1/2 months). I was breastfeeding up until two weeks ago but I had been nursing only twice a day and supplementing with formula. With my dd AF returned at 10 weeks, but I wasn't breastfeeding that long. Thanks for your help!

My memory is a bit cloudy....but it showed up at around 7 months after delivery. I had been breast feeding Mason exclusively, but noticed my milk wasn't quite as plentiful. I was back at work and trying to pump... Started doing some formula supplimenting, and good ole AF showed up again. Have to say I was hoping never to see her again... I loved those 16 AF-free months!

Mine returned after about 10 wks, but I didn't breastfeed at all (well, I tried for 3 days, but he just screamed and screamed if he didn't get a bottle, so I gave up )
