Default Hey guys

Long time no chat....

I was just reading everyone's posts about "the kids" and I tell ya, the posts just make me smile...it's so nice after everything we have all been threw to read such wonderful updates about our kids!

So anyways, I figured I would check in. I am 25 weeks today and the twins are doing great. Baby A (boy) is 1lb 6oz and his sister (baby B) is 1 lb 5 ozs. I am measuring 1 month ahead and I was told that is normal. Hard to believe that they "could" be here in 2 months. This pg has flown by.

I have been really sick the past 9 days. I caught some sort of infection that is (was) attacking my lungs and bronchial tubes making it really hard to breathe. I am on steroids and a nebulizer to help me breathe. I am doing much better. Still not up to par but 100% better than where I was at. it was a rough 9 days but I'm happy to report I'm slowly getting better....very worried about how the twins would be do with all the meds I am on but doctors assured me they will be fine. My next u/s is Thursday and I will feel much better once I see them again.

I noticed there are a few ladies out there TTC again...CONGRATS.

Jen, I am sorry to hear about the BFN....ya know, you would think that news is easier with a child at home but as you know it is not.....but having that little one does take the sting off a bit....but don't give up......it took us many tries to get PG after Mackenzie but we did and that is all that counts....once you get the BFP it's just as exciting as when you go it w/ Mason....keep that chin up!

Riley's mama....(love your daughter's name) good luck while TTC....keep us posted....the heartbreak is tough, but your little girl will keep you going....as mentioned above...keep that chin up!

Anyways....time to relax a bit...jsut wanted to pop in and say hello.....miss you guys!

Hey Jen, good to hear from you. I'm glad that the twins are doing well, I can't believe that you are 25 weeks already! Do you have names picked out yet?

Yep, the BFN stings, but I am getting on with life. Mason turns 2 on Friday, I can't believe how fast they grow. Looking at him this morning with his Barney backpack on getting ready to go to the sitters, I couldn't believe I was looking at a little kid instead of my baby boy. He's definetly losing the baby looks, *sigh*.

DH & I finally got around to talking about what to do next. He realizes that my need to have another baby is so strong, even though he feels blessed to just have Mason, and he said that he will support me in whatever I want to do. So, we may be cycling again early next year. I need to take a few months off, I didn't realize how hard it is cycling with a toddler in tow.

Keep us updated on how you're doing. Best of luck over the next few months.

HI Jen,

I was so happy to read your post and see how well you and the babies are. aside from your sickness....take good care of yourself. This pregnancy seems to be flying by. I am curious about what names you ahve chosen too. Do tell!

Wishing you well, and I love to read your updates

Great to get an update from you Jen.

No way you are 25 weeks pg....I can't believe it.... time sure does fly!

So glad your twins are growing so well, though sorry to read you are having health issues. It's good that you are on the way to getting better now, and that the doctor says the meds won't effect your bubs. Once you see them again on the u/s I'm sure you will feel much much better.

Please make sure you pop in when you can and give us updates, I often wonder how you are doing.

best wishes
