Icon9 crikey it's quiet!

I guess all my old buddies have moved on. Either to boards more related to your child(rens) age or maybe you no longer get much computer time now you are a mom?!

If anybody is still lurking....post an update here, even a brief one, or a pic!!

I wonder if this board was located over on the baby boards whether it would attract more visitors? Perhaps those with their first new baby have more need for a support board like this?

HI! Well, I guess it's been a month since anyone has posted here....even longer for me. I barely get a minute on this thing, and now my 2 days a week at work you can not use the PC for personal use. UGH!

All is well. Gianna, my youngest turns 1 this week, big pool party on Saturday in her honor. Annabella is 2.5 and suddenly using the potty and wearing pretty panties, so proud.

Things are good, hectic, but I am happy and love my little girls.

I hope all is well with everyone else.

Lisa, I will email you....kids look wonderful, as do you!

Jenn, Mason is gorgeous!

Talk soon

Hi Kerri, great to see an update from you.

I can't believe Gianna is turning 1 already! Wow time sure does just wiz by! Have fun celebrating.

Your girls are so cute, an enormous joy I'm sure!

I know what you mean about limited time on the computer - the only reason I can visit daily is that I do have access from work. I never get on at home!

Thanks for the update. Please do drop by from time to time when/if you can. Hopefully every so often one of our other "old TTC" buddies will drop in with an update.

Best wishes

Hmm there seems to be a lot of problems with the smileys.

I thought Aileen was a difficult baby, but Reanne is making her look easy. We've been pretty busy with her. Most of the day is spent trying to get her calmed down/to sleep. If she has taken a good nap and fed we have a 30-40 minute time period where she smiles and plays with us before she starts going ballastic again and she does not console easily.

On the upside she sleeps very well at night. I rarely get up more than once and sometimes not even that.

For a 2 year old, Aileen is handling all the time we need to spend with Reanne incredibly well. She does get upset, but she has never taken it out on the baby. Usually she tells us "No, don't pick up Reanne!"

Hi Jilda

Yes the smilies don't appear to have worked since all the board "issues" last week. Something to do with upgrading...but I'm not sure when all will be set right.

Great to see an update from you. I'm sorry gorgeous Reanne isn't an easy baby. You'd think you were entitled to have #2 be a calm baby! I don't know how I'd cope with another Mason, or one even more difficult! I feel for you! It's good though that Eileen is doing okay with the new baby in the house, but I can imagine it's still no picnic for you! Hang in there, one of these days (hopefully not too far off) your two little girls will be playing happily together allowing you to get stuff done around the house - or even sit down quietly on your own for a few minutes! Thinking of you and sending out "relax vibes" to little Aileen.

Hello. It has been AGES since I have posted, or even looked on the boards, my life has just been very busy both personally and work-wise. Mason is almost 4 years old, I can't believe how fast time has flown and what a big boy he is. He is doing well, going to pre-school 2 days a week, and just soaking up everything like a sponge.

My marraige to Mason's dad ended in a divorce. It is sad for Mason's sake, but we are all adjusting well and getting along better than before.

I began a new relationship just over a year ago with a wonderful man. The crazy part is that we were definetly not trying to get pregnant, and all of a sudden AF was late this month. My cycles are usually 27-28 days long, so when AF didn't show by day 31 I knew something was up. I tested that afternoon, and immediately got a BFP! It was very much a surprise and blessing, as I really didn't think I would be able to have any more children. Plus, after going through 3 IVF's and 1 FET, I certainly didn't think I would be able to get pregnant on my own.

We are all very happy with the way things are going. It is good to see you all and I can't believe how big everyone's babies have gotten.

Take care!

OMG Jen, that is wonderful news. Congratulations on your unexpected pg.

I'm sorry that your marriage ended, but it is good that all are adjusting well, and that you've got a new man in your life. AND a baby on the way. How exciting. Mason is going to love being a big brother.

I'm so glad you dropped by and posted an update.

I wish Mason a GREAT BIG HAPPY 4TH BIRTHDAY FOR THE 21ST
and a happy and healthy pg for you.

Please do come by when you can and let us (me) know how you are doing.

Best wishes
