Last night the pilot light on the furnace went out,dh came home from work to light it,it was fine all night until about noon today.Dh has lit the pilot light 3 times today again,and it won't stay lit.I am freaking out,my house is getting very cold,and I can get a decent price for a new high efficient furnace,but it is $800.00 cash,and a few hundred to have it installed.Dh has to work tomorrow,there is no way to take it off,and I am here with my kids by myself.The weather here is decent right now,but I am scared the pipes will freeze and burst,then I would have to make a big insurance claim,and I really don't want to have to do that.

Please pray dh can fix it to last long enough until we can get the new furnace put in tomorrow evening.My toes are like icicles right now,I am freezing,and I have bundled the girls up in very warm pajamas,and big comforters,I hope they stay warm,although I don't think I will sleep long enough anyway,just because I will be checking on them all night.If the temps keep dropping and we can't get it going,I will be taking them to a hotel.
