Default Backslide - Bigtime

I crumpled. I caved. I gave in. I relented. She didn't even ask for the paci, since we'd told her there weren't any. But, still, the crying, man, the crying! Asking for numnum, another story, etc. It was all too much. She couldn't go to sleep without the pacifier!

Admittedly, the nighttime crying was abating ... down to about 5 minutes. But the no napping at nap time just was killing me.

I gave her a yellow paci this afternoon (previously shunned in favor of the green pacifiers (they are softer) or the wubbanub (which also had a green paci attached) ) and she took it and was asleep - no joke - under 5 minutes later.

Sigh.

Well. I guess she needs it, that's all I can say.
