Default help please

Hi my name is April and I need some help please.

I am currently TTC #1 with my BF and since I have had 1 m/c at 4 weeks 4 days and a chemical pregnancy (april 2005 & Aug 2006---both with previous relationship) I am wondering if there is anything I can do this cycle (or next ones) to help prevent miscarriage. I am just so scared that I will have another one since my mom had 3 miscarriages (between 4-5 weeks) before she became pregnant with my oldest sister.

Is there anything to help??

Thanks

Hi April!

I'm sorry for all your losses, but I'm glad you are ready to start ttc again. What I've personally have been doing is taking baby aspirin once a day ( it helps with the uterus lining) and vitamin B 6 (which is good to help with the luteal phace) and daily multivitamis and folic acid as well. Sometimes if I don't notice enough cervical fluid just try to drink water before dtd or even better try robitussin to soften the fluids in your body. I hope that helps a little and hope we can get to know you better.
