September 2nd - 9 more weeks!

ZP - I'm doing good. It's been a busy week with work and trying to get our house ready for some houseguests. We're trying to finish up our kids' room before they come. I finished painting today and got everything out of their room so DH can put in new flooring. All the dust has given me some bad allergies and I'm feeling pretty yucky right now since I'm opting to let it pass instead of taking meds. How are you doing?

Angela - Wow, you're almost there! It seems like not too long ago that you announced your pg! I can't wait to hear what you have!

No exciting plans for me this weekend. We're having family coming in this week so we're just getting ready for that. Then we'll have a full house for a week and a half. Hope everyone is doing great!

TTC#1 - those do sound like some promising pg symptoms! KUP .. and sending some baby dust your way!!

For me, I am trying to relax and enjoy my weekend, but it's been hard. lol. I'm still a big bouncy and anxious. I got my third draw numbers, and they were at 505 (so a big jump from 147!!) so that was a really great sign. I am scheduled for my u/s on Tuesday at 3:30. The dr wants to ensure that this one found his/her home in the right spot so I don't have a repeat of last month! But I don't feel that one, I'm actually feeling a bit positive about this pg, and that is the first time in all 6..so maybe that is a good sign, right?? But yes, I'm still anxious, so that has been my focus all weekend. I'm hoping once I see things are progressing correctly, I can relax. LOL. Next weekend being the 4th, I plan on going home to visit my family. So at least I know I can relax then!! We were going to go the beach today, but the weather doesnt' want to fully cooperate. ugh!

Anyone get to do anything fun??

Hi!

I hope everyone had a nice weekend. We went to the beach and it was great, even when it was kind of cloudy the water was so warm. We had so much fun, actually we were there almost for the whole day saturday. By sunday I was so tired I didn't want to get up from bed in the morning. My friend took some pictures, if she email them to me I will post it later.

How is everyone doing? Have a good 4th weekend? I went home to NY and visited with my family. Went swimming, played with my niece, and just had a great weekend! Got sick when I came home, but I think I might have picked up a little food poisoning, and I'm just starting to feel better now!

Had my 2nd u/s today. We got a heartbeat!! the little bean was beating away at 111, and I am measuring right on to my 6 weeks 3 days. So I'm feeling pretty good about that! So just maybe I will finally get lucky and blessed! I have 2 weeks to wait till my next appt, 7/22. Then I have another u/s and OB appt.

Victoria - YAY!!!!! That's soooo awesome!! I remember how relieved I was when I saw this baby's heartbeat at 8 weeks - you must be on cloud 9!

I had a Drs appt today and everything is going well. 8 more weeks! Time is flying by now!

Angela- WOW only eight more weeks that is awesome, is everything ready, like the baby's room, clothing. Did you have a baby shower? Is oliver ready to be a big brother?

I'm doing fine here in FL. I also will have my MIL visit from out ot the country, this next saturday, I know I'll be a little more busy, but I will try to post, anyway. Still haven't got to see my OB, we are a little short in our finances this month buying all the school uniforms and stuff, but I'm planning to do it soon, if not for the 1st weeks of august. Yesterday was our 18th wedding anniversary, unbelievable ! we did nothing, but we will going out for dinner on the weekend.
Well enough about me, how you all are doing?

Heather Lynne- I'm very sorry for your loss, but I'm glad you decided to join us here. We have a very nice group of ladies here, and all of us have gone through a loss or multiple losses. Feel comfortable with us and post amnd talk about anything you want. Once you get to know us better, I'll be easier for you to express your feelings. It have take kind of a commitment and attachment from all us to each other in the way, that when I don't post I feel my online gals will be worry or will miss me. I really care for my online gals and their wellbeing. I hope you get here to stay and that as soon as you decided to TTC again you get your BFP!

Victoria- How are you doing?

I'm glad today is finally, Friday YYYYYAAAAAAYYYYYY! but mi MIL is coming tonight. whne she is here I'm a lot more busy, you know. But it will be for 2 weeks, well I guess anyway that will help me in the 2ww hee,hee.

What are everybodies plans for the weekend? I do have a birthday party tomorrow and need to go get the present today, so I'm hitting to the mall and maybe can find something for me. Oh, I love going to the mall!

ZP - Guests are still here and won't be leaving until Sunday. My allergies are much better now. It was pretty miserable esp. not being able to really take anything. I just got through buying school supplies this week also. I can't believe how quickly summer is going by.

Angela - Wow, you're on your last leg of pg! How are you feeling?

Not much for me except busy with houseguests (DH's family) and trying to get the kids ready for school They go back in 3 weeks since they are on a year round schedule. I can't believe how quickly the summer is going by. I'm not ready for it to be over just yet!

I've been very busy with MIL here, she expect we do everything for her. It's just annoying. But since she is in bed already I'm taking the time to talk to you gals.
I hope you all are having a wonderful summer, this summer is flying for me and school is almost here, and I still have to buy more stuff, not funny.
This summer we aren't flying anywhere, so I guess we will probably take a weekend to go somewhere here in FL. I can't wait because I'm boring already and DD's too.

A little intro, my name is Lynne. I just suffered my 5th loss (4th with DH). We will be TTC again in Aug or Sept. We have 4 wonderful boys, they are 10, 8, 5 & 2. I am also the new host of this board. I hosted here a few years ago after I suffered my 2nd loss.

Lynne- Sorry for your recent loss, but congratulations in been our new host. I also have had several loses and I'm still here with out luck. Can wait to know you better.

What are you gals doing for the weekend? As you all know MIL is still in the house, so we will probably go to the sawgrass outlet,(we love the mall) Is super huge and is at 35-45 minutes from our house; we will spend the day out and have dinner there in the afternoon so after all it will be like a little trip to us.
Can't complaint. I hope you have a nice and wonderful weekend!

My Dad & his parents are here visiting, they have been here since the 5th. We went to the Jimmy Carter Museum today, and will be going to my In laws on Sunday. Other than that we will be home.

Hi Ladies!

Things are coming together - it's crunch time now so I'm a little panicky since I don't have everything totally set. We're getting there though!

This weekend I'm meeting up with some local preggo moms that are due in the same month as me - we 'met' through a local parenting site, so that should be interesting! It's also Mom's night with a bunch of ladies that I met through a baby class I went to when DS was newborn - we meet once a month for a baby free night and pretty well weekly for the kids to get together. Definitely keeps me sane!!!

Angela * How was your meet up? I met up with some girls from one of the boards here back in 2003, and it was awesome. There's a woman on the DIF board that lives about 10 min from me, hope to meet up with her some day soon.

I had my last surgery today. Little history, I broke my ankle in 3 places on Mar 22nd, on Apr 15th I had surgery to put a metal plate on my outer leg bone & screws in my ankle bone, the other break they couldn't do anything about. Well, today I had surgery to remove a temporary screw that was holding my leg bones together. It's been a long road, and is slowly coming to an end. I am so ready to get back to work, 4 months is way too long to be out of work

I also go my dad & my grandparents to the train station safe & sound, and they are on their way back to OR & WA. I really miss having my dad here, I hope that he gets to come back soon!

Mother in law is still around so I've been busy with her around all the time. She'll be leaving soon, so I'll have more time to be online.

Angela - How was the meeting, I think it must have been very exciting!

Lynne - I hope your recovery is a fast one and you feel better soon! I know what you mean about your dad, my parents doesn't live here in the states and it have been more than two years since I saw them. They are getting old and sometimes I feel very nostalgic about been so far from them.
