Hi all,

I'm new here, and hope you don't mind if I join you!

I've had 4 m/c in the past, and by the looks of things, I am currently in the process of my 5th. My husband and I do not have any children, and would love to be blessed by even one. Once everything is done with our current situation, my husband and I will be off to an RE..we will be successful..at least once!!

I look forward to getting to know all of you, and hopefully offer my support to others as well!!!

Victoria- I'm sooo sorry for your losses and I understand you very well I have had 3 natural m/c's and one chemical in Feb. 08. I know It's very devastating, but going through that ordeal have make me stronger. Not that it doesn't hurt me of course it does, but it make me stay positive and more faithful that it will happen when it's time.
I hope and I know you will have a blessing don't get discourage it will happen for you when you least expected. Have happened with some of the girls here, maybe one of then can give you their stories.

Hello all & welcome to the ladies new to this board. My heart is with you. This is a great group of ladies to share you thoughts & feelings with.
I wanted to let you know that our baby arrived on Sunday May 11th at 12:44 am. He is wonderful & we love him more than words can say.

ZP - I know, I'm so horrible about things like that. I haven't even opened a photobucket account yet. I've been pretty much working and sleeping. I have my big u/s on Wed. and I promise to get some pics up soon. I hope people feel okay about me posting them. What are your summer plans?

3rd - Congrats!! Horatio is so precious!!!

Arrianah - Hope you start to feel better soon. Is DH with you yet?

Sorry I have been scarce. I've been busy with dd's ballet recital preparations and her recital is this Sunday. I can't wait. Work has been busy like usual and I am so pooped by the time I get home that I pretty much feed my kids dinner then go to bed. I'll be back to update after my big u/s. Anyone know how Angela is doing?

Hi Ladies!!! Sorry I've been MIA for a while. I haven't been on here too much! I'm officially on Mat leave already - technically medical leave until mid summer then I'm on Mat leave. I've been sick a lot and just wasn't able to work so I've been off for a month now. DS is only in daycare 2 days/week now so he keeps me busy! The past couple of weeks have been great for this pregnancy - the previous 20+ weeks weren't too fun!

3rd - Congrats on your beautiful new baby! What a great Mothers Day gift!

To all the new ladies - I'm so sorry to hear about all of your losses. I hope you can find the support that you need here - we've got a great group of girls!

Anyways, time for bed! I'll try to stop in more frequently! I hope everyone had a great weekend

So..since I updated and joined you all, the m/c I thought I was having was actually an ectopic twin pregnancy. I was rushed to the ER and into surgery on Saturday night due to a rupturing tube. That's when we found out that there were fraternal twins. One in my tube, and the other in y cervix. Neither could be saved due to their location. But..at least we know what happened. I don't have to wait for the m/c process to finish...but now I have to heal because the doctor had to open up and cut open my tube to get in.... Currently I am out of commission for anything. Not even allowed to go back to work!

But..once I have been given the permission..my husband and I will be back out there. This time, we have more doctors that want to work with us. Not only my OB, but now the OB surgeon from the hospital and the RE that I am suppose to see. We will get lucky..one day!

But thought I'd share my update..sorry to bring more bad news to the group! Hope everyone else had a less eventful but a much more pleasant weekend!!

Here in Florida the weather is super hot, I guess it would be nice to get in the pool! Girls are getting out of school this in June 5th, just around the corner. I think my oldest will have to go to summer school, too bad for her, then we can not make any vacations plans until we know finally ahh.

Angela - Are you planning to go back to work after baby is born?

ZP - Thanks for remembering about my u/s. It's been crunch time with the kids' at the tail end of school. They get out on June 5th also and I have to get some plans in place for summer. DH is going on a business trip next Tuesday so things have been a little hectic so my computer time has been limited. I can't believe the school year is ending already. I did not enroll them in any summer program so we could save some money, but now I'm stuck trying to schedule our work and their care as well as activities for them to do. How long are your kids out of school? My kids only have 7 weeks off. I'll update about the u/s below.

I had my u/s on Wednesday and happy to report that the baby is healthy and doing well! I did not find out the gender and DH did, but he's keeping it to himself. I'm trying to write up a list of things for him to pick up while he's on his business trip in Colorado since here in Hawaii we don't have a lot of options except buying online. I still haven't opened up a photobucket account, but I will post a belly pic and u/s pics when I do. Please let me know if that bothers anyone. I'm in the midst of also redoing the kids' bedroom and it's a lot of work, but I'm determined to get it done before the baby is born. I think I have too many projects lined up and need to prioritize, but I'm determined to at least get the kids' room done. Anyway, I hope to hear how everyone else is doing.

So...I officially got my referall for IVF!! My doctor has decided that 4 m/c and now this ectopic was the end of it. Also, when they went in they found out that my endometriosis was worse then they had originally suspected. He doesn't want me to go through with any fertility treatments for fear of another ectopic...SOOOOO...once I heal from all of this..I am off to meet my IVF doctor!! I'm just glad to be moving forward, and to have a positive chance for my husband and I!!!

Victoria - That's great news about IVF for you guys!!! Sounds like you have a great Dr

Lisa - Wow - your DH must be good at keeping secrets! I don't know if we'd be able to do that - I'd probably beg him everyday to tell me - lol. I'm glad to hear that everything is going well I'd love to see a belly pic! As for me, I will be returning to work after my Maternity Leave is up, which isn't until September 2009. I'll be returning back part time instead of full time though.

Victoria - When are you starting your fertility treatment, do you know? I know this time will be better for you have heard good things about it. Ihope you can get a sticky bean next time!

My daughter's 5th grade graduation is this next friday and Dh b-day as well, so if you gals don't see me around, you know why.

Hi everyone!!

ZP - 5th grade graduation..you must be excited and upset all at the same time!! They grow up sooo quickly! I know only because my niece is already getting so big, and she's ony 3! LOL

Lisa - I am in total agreement with ZP, I would lose my mind if I didn't know what the gender was! I like to plan things wayyyy to much, and if I couldn't plan the nursery I would go insane! Also, I'd want to talk to my belly to much! LOL!

Angela - How is leave treating you?? Going insane yet? I'm sure your DS is keeping you company, and keeping you busy!

For me, I am going insane!! I am still on medical from the surgery, and still not allowed to drive!! UGH!! And..since all I have are my little furbabies to keep me company, I am starting to get major cabin fever! LOL!

As far as getting ready for my treatment, I'll probably start at the end of the summer or into the fall, but not sure yet. Right now, my doctor is more concerned with my current healing process. I know he plans on sending me over to the IVF office, but I know he wants to ensure that I am ok physically and mentally first. However, I will probably be seeing them in a month or so. I'm lucking out that my current doctor is so cool, and able to kind of push things along a bit quicker then most! But I do agree, I don't want to start anything till I'm feeling a bit better.... I have my moments ...but for the most part, I think I've been doing pretty good!

Now then...hope everyone is having a great day!!!

HI all!!!

Had a follow up appointment this morning..and I have been cleared. Never thought I'd be so excited to hear my numbers were at zero!! LOL I'm restricted on the dtd part b/c he is afraid of another ectopic...but I'm not sure I'm that ready yet. Still a bit sore.

But...I was cleared to call..


..AND....I HAVE MY IVF APPOINTMENT!! I am scheduled for Friday, June 13th at 8:30am!!!

It feels good to get the ball rolling. A bit wierd at the same time..but good! Not going to go through this cycle..obviously..but good to start all the bloodwork!

Soorry for being MIa but I am really trying to adjust to my new role as mother & wife plus its coming to the end of the school year so things are very hectic for me. hAPPY sATURDAY!

ooohhh, I'm glad friday is over, super busy for me yesterday, I felt terribly exausted by the end of the day.
But everything was beautiful at my daughters graduation she rcvd honor roll yee pee! she is a very good student and then I bought a cake and we sang happy b-day to dh.
Today we are invited for dinner to a friend's house so I'm trying to have my house clean before we leave.

Victoria - I'm so excited with your news and feel so happy for you I hope you can have a happy and healthy nine months next time. Maybe a summer 2009 baby, please kup with your next appt.

Philicia - I know you must be really busy with your new bundle of joy but enjoy while you can because those months fly and when you least expected she will be one year old.

How are you pg ladies so far? PLESE KEEP US POSTED I really don't mind you posting here, we have made a great group here and is nice to know how you all are doing.
