Default 10DPO cramping/spotting

All day I have had really sharp pains on my left side- feels like near my ovary. I took some pain-killers and still was really uncomfortable plus I had a little spotting. My hope was that this is implantation, but should it really hurt this bad? I had a little implantation spotting last pregnancy, but it was brown and not with any pain. Today's is bright red.

I was thinking that since my temp dropped, AF might be coming, but the cramping is all on one side.

Then I keep thinking maybe I have a tubal pregnancy....but would I feel it this early??? Anyone have an eptopic pregnancy before & did you feel it right away....or not until the pregnancy progressed?

Yes....the ramblings of a woman gone mad in the 2WW.....

Trace, I'm sending you SO much !!!!

The only thing I can tell you to be helpful is that when I was pg with DS, the cramping was so bad sometimes that I could have taken an Advil (if I wasn't pg! )
I really don't know anything about ectopics but I'd guess that it wouldn't cause any pain at this point. But I'm just guessing.

When do you plan to test again? My fingers are crossed for you!

I don't know much about ectopics, but from what I've heard, it does seem early. The resurgance in temp seems like a good sign, right?! Here's to a sticky BFP in the next few days!

Trace...don't know much about eptopic pg but with my last pg, I remember sitting in church and having major pains on my right side...at the time, I gave it no thought, but a few days later, I ended up with a BFP!

I hope it's implanation ! Here's to a coming your way very soon!

Keep us posted!

Trace,
I had an ectopic and it was treated very early so I never felt a thing, but this would definately be too early for that pain. It looks like a nice implantation dip to me. You tested a bit too early...you should test again! Good luck!
