I haven't had a miscarriage yet, but I fear that I'm going to. I am 7W 4D pregnant and had my first ultrasound on Tuesday. The HB was only 85 BPM. My doctor put me on progesterone but wasn't optimistic.

I have had no symptoms whatsoever this whole pregnancy. I've also had no bleeding.

I'm scared about getting a D&C but I'm also scared about passing it naturally. What is the recovery period from a D&C?

I'm scared that even if the HB gets better now that I will eventually M/C.

Does anyone have any experience with low fetal HB? I can't seem to find any information about it anywhere. It's the not knowing that's really hard for me.
