New and looking for an ear....

I am new to this board, but just looking for people who have been through this as well.
3 years ago I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks and on Friday, my water broke and I had a stillborn son at 22 weeks.
I am so sad and confused that this could happen 2 pregnancies in a row. I wanted them both so badly.
I do have a son 10 and daughter 9 at home which helps, but my heart feels now like it is broken for good.
I have good medical care and doctors looking out for a cause, but it still feels so hopeless.
I appreciate you reading this.
