Sorry I missed the Wednesday check-in yesterday. We had to bring our living son to the children's hospital for a skin infection (staph or strep, we're not sure). It's pretty bad and they wanted to do IV antibiotics to knock it down fast.

Also, last night, while my parents were dogsitting for us, one of our dogs ran away. I raced home to try to help find him, but he seems to just be gone. I got back to the hospital last night at 2am and woke up again at 6:30am this morning.

So I'm basically operating on no sleep and pure caffeine and adrenaline. For once, I'm glad that we postponed even talking about TTC until later this year. I'm just so glad to not have that to worry about right now too.

How's everyone else's week going? I hope it is less stressful than the one going on here in our little corner of the world.
