looking for some advice

So it is coming up on 1 year since my son died. I have been having a hard time dealing with things lately so I am looking for any advice from those of you who have been there and faced this mark in your journey.

I have a few dates coming up in the next few months and I am not sure how I am going to cope. Anyadvice???
