Ladies...i Have A ?????

I did not get my BBT until today CYD 9. Can I start temping now? I also got OPK's today should I start using them today? My cycle is usually between 28 & 31 days. I know this is prolly a question for the charting BB but I wanted to ask you ladies first.....thanks!!!
