Default Honoring heritage with a baby's name?

What do you think about honoring you or your partner's heritage in your child's name? For example, if you are Latino and your partner is of French origin, would you consider giving your child a Spanish first name and French middle name, or vice-versa? Or giving your child a "regular" name like Ashley or Logan and then giving them an ethnic middle name? I'm curious to see what you all think of this.
