Can't stay on long, just wanted everyone to know that I have been at the hospital since Friday night, and they have yet to stop these contractions. So far I have been given 3 shots of trib, 3 of treub, 1 shot of steroids, 2 morphine and 2 sleeping pills, plus antibiotics.the babies are looking good, and I am 50% effaced with bad back cramping. They are running more tests on me later, it seems little had a lg amount of anionic fluid...which might explain why I am measuring 43wks. Wish me luck. I am going to a generic post across the board.

L&D again? I'm sorry. I hope that they are able to stop those contractions and keep the babies in there a little while longer.
Oh, my daughter's middle name is Michelle too. Good choice.

I left the hospital at noon today. The babies are doing great. Apparently I did have a sur-plus of amniotic fluid around BOTH babies. Alec's was measuring at a 9 and Avry at 7, thanks to the treb, Alec is at a 7 and Avry is at a 6. Both still have an excessive about so I will need to do weekly monitoring. Thanks for all of you well wishes, thoughts, and prayers...I really needed them and I believed that they helped us out. I will report more later.

I had my twins at 29 weeks 5 days, so I am glad you are home, but babies can grow really well in the NICU!

I had to have two amnio reductions with my larger twin. They took out a liter of fluid the first time and 1/2 a liter the second time.

Good luck and I hope you don't have anymore scares or contractions until it is time to have them.
