And tell me if it looks good, bad, or just okay. This has been the first month I have charted that my temps are not all over the place. The last 2 days I have been feeling like and peeing alot, at least alot for me. I plan on not testing before Friday. We have been trying over a year and I don't want to get my hopes up, but is my chart triphasic?? Or is it too early for that? I need some info.
Your chart isnt triphasic.
And some of your temperatures are the same as your pre-o temperatures. But it does look as though you probably did o.
Keep in mind that most pregnancy charts do not show a triphasic pattern... SOME pregnancy charts do, but they dont need to.
So try not to stress over that aspect

I will try to hold out until Friday. But I have like 50 IC test so I may cave sooner. I am just trying to hold out for any little bit of hope. My breasts are tender, but the are always pre-af. The only big difference is the increase number of bathroom breaks. Even my bm's are more frequent, very different for me.
I am still trying to hold out till Friday, but I might in the am depending on what my temp does. I am so scared to check my temp in the am. I am still peeing ever 2-3 hours and my breast almost feel like they did after I had my son, kinda firm and full and they almost feel like they are burning. I hope I am not getting too excited.
Looking at your chart and those temps I'd be surprised if you weren't pregnant. It's possible that it could be too early to tell. Some women get negatives before positives. Good luck!
Aww well if you aren't pregnant your chart is the biggest tease ever! lol
One time I had a dip at 10DPO so I was thinking implantation and I ended up not being pregnant. I felt like my chart betrayed me.
How long is your normal LP?
Usually 13-15 days. I think if I am not pregnant this month after I get my O on FF I am going to stop charting. I so got my hopes too high. It was hard not to with a good looking chart.
