I have a couple questions. I am 5 dpo today. I ovulated on Monday 7-16. Got a +OPK then FF and my BBT confirmed it.

Yesterday, Friday, 4 dpo I was SOOOOOOOO moody. I was in a terrible mood. I was just furious with the world. I can only describe it as a "fighting" mood. I was so just awful. The weird thing is that I had no reason to be. Good day at the office, nothing on my mind, and I couldn't control it. I recognized that I was being a hateful, intolerable, you know what

Oops sent too early...anyway...you get the point. I was just out of control of my emotions. I couldn't stop it.

What do you guys make of this? It's not normal for me.

Your body has a second surge of hormones around 5-7 DPO . . . I think it is estrogen at this point (in addition to the progesterone peaking), so it is possible you were reacting to hormones. Even if you don't usually have that, perhaps you had a much stronger O this time.
