gosh.. this morning i have a very light spotting...with a mild cramp as if like going to AF
and my temp went down a bit? I'm only 11DPO if it's AF meaning it can be
i have luteal phase defect???

If it's dark blood and not bright red like AF would be it COULD be implantation bleeding. Implantation bleeding lasts only 1-2 days and it's dark old looking blood and is caused when baby implants itself in your uterus. Keep us posted and let's hope it's a BFP.
Looking at your chart Samantha, you have had a 30d cyand a 32d cy recently, so I think it would be early for you to start AF. Like Kara said if it is implantation, then you would expect a temp dip. What color is the spotting? Could it discomfort because of implantation? I'm keeping my fingers crossed

i tested with my cheapy hpt this morning and it's a
actually the spotting is like cm + blood stain very light in color (sorry TMI)
my temp maintain this morning... i guess i probably will test again at 14DPO

Stay positive! You seem to be too early for AF, right? Plus, if you tested with a cheapy test, it may not be sensitive enough to figure out what's happening! Hang in there........
