hello all, i'm new to this board but not ttc. i have gotten preggo twice one of which was an ectopic. the other was a m/c. i had taken clomid both times when i conceived. it was last year. this year. i had a lap and had my right tube surgically blocked. my left tube is ok, open, but it isn't in the greatest shape considering the ectopic was in that tube. anyway, since the lap i had 3 cycles of clomid w/ trigger shot. the first to cycles clomid at 50mg 3-7. i had 4 mature follicles. each time and atleast two on my left (open side). the 3rd cycle i had clomid 100mg 3-7 and trigger. had 3 mature eggs on my left side. nothing that cycle. i acutally did the stupid thing and did clomid on cd 5-9 at 100 mg w/o being monitored. i did ovulate, but of course don't know which side the follicles were on. anyway, my P4 was 29 as of yesterday. I'm 25 and dh 26. anyway, that is our only fertility "challenge" is my one tube that may or may not be that good of a tube. anywhere here is my question:
hopefully someone can help me.... especially for those of you, that experiend ovulation pains or had a hsg. Ok, i'm on cd 21 6 dpo. now i ovulated on Tuesday. i was on clomid and did the trigger shot. anyway, yesterday i had a crampy, achy sensation in my lower abdomen...it felt like o pains or the feeling after the hsg is done. it lasted all day well from atleast 10 am until 10 pm. LOL anyway, it is gone now, but i am a tad bit sore. do any of you have any clue what that could be? or has it happened to you?

sorry this got so long, just wanted to give a run down on me.

The only time I feel a weird pain is after ovulation and it is usually due to cysts on my ovaries. I get those sometimes and they go away on their own.
I don't know what it could be in your case. It could be implantation but usually that isn't until 7dpo-10dpo.

Thanks Kristi For Replying. I Thought The Same Thing...implantation, But Some Folks Have Had Implantation Early And Gotten A Bfp As Early As 9dpo, So I Thought I Could Be One Of The Lucky Ones. Lol

It could be cysts or your ovaries trying to reset themselves after drugs. Of you could be luckly have the begining of implantation.

But I always advise everyone, what till 12 DPO till you test so that implantation could have occured and your HCG levels start rising. You will be saner for doing that even though you want to POAS so bad. so rest easy and try not to think about it.
