Icon5 Implantation question

I just posted this over on the IUI board, but I am hoping maybe there are some folks over here with stories of implantation spotting. Here is the deal.

So, I just had a tiny amount (1/4 inch round?) of pinkish red blood when I wiped. I am 9 dpo. Does anyone have any experience with this? It has never happened to me before. I don't have cramps or anything. I was totally surprised by it. I was very medicated on this cycle (follistim and ovidrel) so it seems like I would have a more normal cycle. Any feedback?

Hello,
I had implantation bleeding with my first child but not my second. In my experience it looks like dark old blood and not bright red. I couldn't tell you when I had it in the cycle because we got pregnant on the pill and it was almost 7 weeks in to the pregnancy when we learned we were expecting a daughter. I do know the spotting only lasted a couple days but the key is dark, old blood. It looks brownish. Hope you are pregnant. Let us know.

Well, with my last pregnancy, I had blood tinged mucous, but it was a pinky red, at about 7dpo...
nothing with my two middle pregnancies,
but with my first pregnancy, I had "old blood" for about three days, just lightly. I thought it was showing up, but she never did and I was preggers. (and 16, lol)

Default Re: Implantation question

implantation bleeding is vaginal discharge which usually contains a small amount of pinkish or brownish blood. Only about a third of pregnant women experience implantation bleeding.

This is from babyhopes.com, and justmomies.com (probably others also, but those are the only ones I checked. )
