How We Told My Parents (PG Mentioned)

Hello, just wanted to stop back in and say hello and good luck to everyone, and a huge CONGRATS to the new BFPs! Anyway, I just posted a pic of my boys in my sig, wearing the shirts we used to tell my parents that they were going to be grandparents for the third (and final!!!) time. I'm taking the pic down tomorrow cause I can't get it to go smaller, but just wanted to share...

No, as predicted, my mom just sort of thinks we are nuts. My dad was happy but thats just the way he is. I think the idea is growing on them, but the problem is they see how hard I work with the two of them right now, they see how it changed me from a fashionable well put together career woman to a sloppy tired mess who is often in a bad mood (child related). But on the flip side they have to (I hope) see how much I love being a mom and how much joy my kids bring me. They don't really get it cause they didn't want kids but had me as an accident. I also told one of my friends and she was very excited so that was fun. My oldest son is excited too, as soon as I told him, he put his mouth on my belly and said "hello baby, come on out and meet us." I told him the baby needs to stay in there for a long time to grow so he went back to my belly and said "baby, stay in there for a very long time please." It was sweet.
