Ok Girls....I am FINALLY going to the doctor. My appointment is at 11:15 am tomorrow.

So what do I want to get out of this? What should I ask for?

Here's the scoop. I didn't really get a period last month, it was just brown spotting and my temp stayed up for a long time. I am convinced I'm not pregnant because I was still getting neg. tests at like 25 dpo. So I think maybe I have a cyst. I was going to wait and just see if I get AF this next cycle but I started having some "issues".

I have had NO appetite and I'm very queezy, almost sick. I thought it might be my head cold somehow but the cold is gone and the tummy sickness is just getting worse. I woke up at 2am and could honestly have vomitted, I had to lay there and concentrate on not vomitting. Even though I get hungry I can't think of anything I want to eat and just the thought of eating some of my favorite foods turns my stomach. My bbs are also STILL sore and the nipples are always puffy and full and larger. SO....I thought....guess I'll see what the doctor thinks.

I know I'm not pregnant but I also know I'm not feeling "normal". So I thought a trip to the doctor would be useful. I think I may be ovulating today or tomorrow...can he check that somehow??

Aside from the b/w they will probably do, he can give you an ultrasound to see if you have a follicle growing (meaning you would be preparing to ovulate.) Unfortunately, cysts and follicles appear the same on the ultrasound machine. I have a cyst right now, but they are able to keep tabs on it from month to month because it remains about the same size. (It was found on like day 2 or something of my cycle, so they knew it wasn't a follicle.) I'm not sure what they would do with you because you aren't sure what's going on with your body. Probably the bloodwork will tell more. Good luck. I can't imagine how crazy this is for you. And this is all just my TTC for 3 cycles speculation....I'm by no means an expert!

I'm not as convinced as you are that you aren't pregnant. Keep us posted!

Hi Mandy,

I am so happy you are seeing your Doc. I know this has been a crazy crazy CY or two for you. Tonight I would write up all DH's and your questions, maybe if you brain storm together you will come up with more then just going to the appointment with out them written down. I would also print off your last few charts and have them with you to show the doc. They might offer other insight.

I would tell him about all your symptoms and when you tell him about your last (which to be honest I do not think was), that you make sure you only refer to it as spotting. I would tell him that you have not had a real since your CY in July.

I think they may do an U/S...which would be good. Plus they should do a wack of blood work for you. They can test ....hmmm..... What level was it called again......sorry I forget what it’s called....but they can test for X and it will tell them if you have O'ed.

PS: I am also not fully convinced you do not have a little bean in there either.
