Please someone help me on this or at least let me know I am not weird or sick or something.

I was in the bathroom and looked down and saw a white spot on my left boob. I was like okay (I had nipple rings aup until about a year ago) so I wiped it off and sqeezed my nipple again to make sure the little indention that was left from the hole did not have anything in it. Well more stuff came out and I had a sneaking idea of what it was. Do not think me gross for this next part..I had no choice...so I did it again and even more came out so I lick it to see...It is breast milk. And it is only coming out of the left one. I have not breast milked anything for almost a year. Guys I am really worryed. First a miscarriage, not ovulation last period and know breast milk shows up. I am not prego, took a test to make sure. And I am only 3DPO so ther eis just no way. Am I the only one here that has this issue right now. I am not on any type of drug either. Maybe I need to go to the doctor and see what is wrong with my body? HELP!!!

my friend, at 9 months post partum, 6 months after ending breast feeding, still could get milk. my other friend has a 3 yr old and could still feed if wanted to, so i don't think there is anything wrong.

The thing that really freaks me out is that there was absolutely no breast milk up until yesterday. Is is possible to just start producing milk again? My boyf asked me if I was letting my daughter suck on my boobs, which I havent and I looked at him crazy. Did your friends completely dry up and than get the milk back? I am still a little freaked out.

Yup, she hasn't fed in forever and will still experience milk...she jokes that she could be a wet nurse anytime i don't know if it could be a sign of pregnancy, i guess it could, just like anything else (swollen bbs, etc).

it might be residual from the m/c....donno, that's my best guess.

The m/c question was what i was going to ask next. I was wondering about that and it could be. Well I guess I will either get a HPT+ with in the next week or just go through the rest of the post partum symptoms until my body gets back to normal. Thank you for responding to this.

Helllloooo!! I am now 9 dpo and at 6dpo the very same happened to me!! Crazy! I have a dd of 20 months and stopped bf her last may! Have been ttc for 5 months and this hasnt happened b4! Hope hope hope its a good sign for us both! I have had itchy boobs and low tummy pains too...those are basic symptoms. How r you doing?

seeing as how you only finished breastfeeding a year ago, and recently had a m/c, then the hormones could be causing your body to be out of whack.
I had milk for a year after breastfeeding one of my children.

It is kind of upsetting though isnt it! I just hope then there is a possibility. I mean the M/C was about 3 or 3 months ago I had a normal cycle and had no problems the this cycle everything is messed up. I think I was only about 1 mnth preggo at the time too. i think that is why I am still a little confused. FIngers still crossed. ALthough it is good to hear from other women who have been through it or are oging through it themselves.

Hi there...wanted to jump in. I have a 16 month old I stopped pumping breastmilk a little over 5 months ago and on Friday (possibly 9 dpo), I leaked a little. Not sure what it all means, but wanted to let you know you aren't alone.
