Icon11 10 DPO and am fighting the urge to test!

I am now 10 dpo and really want to go take a test. I know it will be neg at this point, so basically would be a waste of a test and $, but I still have the urge.

Here is a link to my chart. You can see where my temps jumped the 1st time and I thought I had o'd, but then they went back down. This is a much more consistent rise, now I just wish I could see a thermal shift.

You do have a thermal shift . . . your temps are definitely up and sustained post-o. If you mean a triphasic shift . . . that doesn't happen on all pregnancy charts. 10 DPO is often too early to test, but you just never know!

You have such long cys . . . that must be so frustrating! Waiting a few more days must be torture. I hope you don't mind my asking (and feel free to ignore the questions) but have you been to a dr about your long cy?

Anyway, GL this month! I hope you get your BFP! And your chart is looking good so far.

Hi, Mandy! It's nice to see a familiar person here!

We are just beginning the ttc journey here. We did not actively try this month so I am not expecting a BFP this time but I am still in the 2ww anyway since we also did not prevent. We will get more serious about it next month. If I somehow did get lucky and got a BFP this month, my due date would be very close to Kylie's b-day! I really don't expect that this time though.

I hope you get a BFP this time too! Your cycles are very long. Are you still Bfing? I just wondered if that might affect it. I am still new to the whole reading charts thing and plan to start doing my own next month so this is a learning experience for me. I'm glad to see you on this board.

Good luck with that urge to test. I guess I'm lucky this cycle because I have no urge to test at all.

Well, I didn't test, and I think I can make it. I might even be able to go until a week late...maybe...my birthday is on the 28th and that would be a sweeeet b-day gift. I actually didn't test on my b-day on purpose with my first dd because I didn't want to see the neg, but the next day it was sooooooo +++. Hopefully that will happen again.

Tkeys-I was actually diag. with PCOS in 2000, but have gotten preggo all 3 times without meds. If I am not preggo this cycle, then I am thinking about trying the Maca Root to see if that will help regulate things. Wierdly enough, my summer cycles are often this way, and then they are shorter, but still long (5-8 weeks) and irregular.

Tasha- Good to see you over here. I hope you caught that eggie and we can be on the DI board together. I am still bf'ing but only 1-2 times a day. At my annual in July they checked my prolactin levels and they said they were low enough that it shouldn't be causing any issues. I did get preggo with both boys while bf'ing, although right at the end with Eli.

glad to see you back. I don't think I'd have the willpower to make it to the 28th but hang in there and let us know.
