Could you have SHOW, EWCM, a temp spike, etc., but not actually O? Anyone know?

In short, yes, or at least, you can have what is called "inadequate ovulation." That means you O, but it isn't a very good or mature egg - it isn't an egg that is good enough to get fertilized and implant. Unfortunately, that happens to me all too often. The doctors can tell that either by checking follicle size before O, or by checking progesterone levels post-O.

I'm sorry to hear you have that problem but thank you, since I was wondering the same question. Does your BBT show lower temps when you have an "inadequate ovulation"? I wonder if the doctors can tell via the progesterone levels we might get a inkling since progesterone controls our BBT too.
