Re: Ovulation Pains?
Not everyone feels ovulation, but when it is felt, it can vary for different women. Some feel a dull ache throughout one or two days before and during ovulation. Some feel a sharp twinge pain in one spot, which is usually in the lower left or right section of your lower abdomen. I usually have a combo of both the dull ache and the sharp twinges, and for me, I sometimes experience several of the sharp twinges throughout a couple of days, so each little pain doesn't necessarily mean that you just shot out an egg. You may not feel the actual event, but will feel pains associated with leading up to it. Like I said, it's different for everyone. But the best way to know when to expect it is to take OPK's, and chart your temps and watch for a rise to confirm that you did ovulate. The pains can be very misleading IMO. Good luck!
