I Dont Even Know When My Body Ovulates Each Month That Has Come And Go I Check My Cervix And All I See Is Creamy Mucus Nothing Watery I Just Started To Temp But Do Not Know What Is A Good Temp To Know If I Have Ovulated Or Not.

While everyone is different, there is pretty much a standard: After AF, until you Ovulate, most of us will have temps in the 97.x range (97.4, 97.6, etc.). Once you Ovulate, you may expect to see a temp rise of at least .2 degrees, and for most of us will be 98.x (98.2, 98.5, etc.). If you look at my chart link, you may see what I'm talking about.
