+ OPK but still no temp shift 2 days later

I had 3 +++ OPK's on CD 16 and now it is CD 18 and still my temp has not gone up...

I started to get a cold on thurs CD 15 and still have it today but was wondering if I could still Ovulate?

I also took another OPK on CD 17 and it was negative.

Any thoughts?
