Icon11 New here with a question...

Hi ladies,

I don't know if anyone is over here yet, but I guess I'll be the first one to post! I posted this over on the old board too.

Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about ovarian cysts? Specifically, the functional kind? Do you know how to tell if you have one and what the symptoms are? I think I *might* have one, I'm not sure. I am on cd 19 right now and I'm still having O pain. It started on cd 14. This is very unusual for me. Usually I have the O pain for just one day (around cd 14) and then it goes away and cm dries up. That's how I know I've O'd. Well, I'm still having watery/creamy cm and the O pains. Yesterday the pains were really bad, it was hard to walk around. They're feeling a little better today. I'm not sure where I'm going with this.... It doesn't really feel like I've O'd, but that would be really weird for me not to O. So I'm wondering if I have a cyst that's causing the pain.....

Thanks!

I have ovarian cysts, but not the type you describe. I've got poly-cystic ovaries, and they stay full of tiny cysts all the time, but they are never painful.

I hope someone else can help you!

I know it's so soon in your cycle, but do you think maybe caught the eggie and you could possibly be pregnant?

I was only 3 DPO when I got very crampy, and 2 weeks later got a + HPT. My son is now 11 months old.

Just a thought.

Thanks ladies. I guess it's POSSIBLE that I'm pregnant since we've been trying, but I didn't think all that O pain was normal. I guess I'll find out for sure when I test this week or if AF shows up!
