Hello everyone,

I am writing a little bit concerned. This is my first month off birth control and my first cycle charting. I am using Fertility Friend as well as the free trial software from Taking Charge of you Fertility. I have been doing pretty good so far. Today, I went and put my temp and stuff in my chart on TCOYF, and it said that it looks like I have a triphasic pattern... ahhhhh....I am so worried as we were trying to prevent pregnancy. The chart on FF doesn't say that because I don't have the VIP membership. I don't know, but my temp the day after ovulation was 98.6, then 98.5, 98.5, 98.4, 98.2 (all these were taken around 10:00 am..usual wake time), then went up to 98.7, 98.6, 98.7, 98.5 (all these were taken around 9:00 am (wake time). It's werid that my temps were higher when I took them at 9 am then they were around 10 am because usually when I take them eariler by an hour or even 1/2 hour my temps are a bit lower..that is the only thing that has me a little concerned. I am 10 DPO today and my temp today at 9:10 am was 98.5 Can you look at my chart from FF and tell me whatcha think...thank you!!!
Has anyone had this happen before and NOT be pregnant? PLEASE HELP

ps: You might want to ignore the 97.7 temp on CD 27 due to the fact that I had to wake at 6:15 am to be somewhere. But from my previous temps, that is kind of high still that early in the morning for me...and then you can see the next day when i took it at my normal wake time it was much higher than the other ones (98.7 CD 28) HELP!!

I wouldn't consider that triphasic. You'll want to watch for your temps to start going down now that you're nearing the end of the 2 week wait (2WW). I hope they do go down for you soon, and be sure to read my reply to your other post on this board about the lack of reliability of the withdrawl method.
