I just gave birth 7wks ago and suspect I may be pregnant again. We've had many accidents with condoms.........Anyway......Im not breastfeeding, as Declan cant suck properly and was causing me too much pain. So, when he was 6 days old, swapped to bottle and took 2 tablets to dry up my milk..........I started those on the 9th December and just found out that they make you ovulate immediately! Wish my GP had told me that!

So, that meant that I would've ovulated between the 9th and probably 12th December. So then, a period would've been due say, around the 24th Dec...but of course I was still having bleeding from post preg bleeding at that stage.

So then I calculated that I would approximately be ovulating again around the 7th January......or a few days later, give or take. We had accidents all between those dates. So quite possible that I could be pregnant, even though negative results.

A period would be due today, tomorrow or in a few days time, depending on ovulation dates. So, Ive done 4 tests now......all negative. Ive bought 2 more but hopefully wont test again til at least Tuesday. Two of the tests I used were early detection ones.......but both negative. It just all depends on ovulation and with just having a baby, that can be confusing.

Ive got all the symptoms though. I had slight spotting last Saturday, nearly a whole week ago now. I thought it may've been implantation spotting. Then this past Tues/Wed, I had severe cramping all day both days, but no blood. I felt like a period was about to start but it didnt. Ive been so emotional too, and crying at nothing. Also slight indigestion (which I suffered TERRIBLY with, with Declan..almost wanted to die with the discomfort) and feeling bloated and just 'not right'. My breasts have gotten those little lumps back around the nipple and there are slight veins showing on my chest/breast area. I know these are all signs but so far, nothing on the test.

If I ovulated on the 7th, then by rights, I should've shown up positive by now right? With Declan, I ovulated between the 7th the 11th, and showed a faint positive on the 24th........so, 13 days difference. That would mean that if I ovulated on the 7th, then it should've shown positive yesterday, the 20th but today the 21st, negative. I guess no 2 pregnancies are alike though. And also depends on whether I ovulated around the 7th or a few days later. Oh it sux waiting!!!

My hubby thinks that Im pregnant. He's been noticing things that were the same in the early stages with Declan. We're just waiting on the positive though. Meantime he's being extra careful with condoms! He'd be happy if I was pregnant, but he's also being extra careful not to get me up the duff if Im not.....lol.

Oh, and last night, I had to race to the toilet and dry wretch. Ive been feeling a little nauseas on and off for a few days now but last night had to run to get to the toilet. With Declan, this started happening about a week before the positive showed up. Man, if Im pregnant, hope its not like the last one. I suffered badly right up until he was born. I had everything you can think of.

But anyway, can you tell me what symptoms you noticed to make you think you were pregnant...........Id like to compare. I think its fun.....hehe! Also, how many dpo did you test positive?

from the sounds of it I'd say you are. I myself even though I hadn't started my time yet. I seem really dizzy lately, especially at work. Even though I haven't puked yet. But I felt like I wanted to at the smell of bread. White bread and baking bread. Yet when I saw triple fudge brownie bites I really wanted and did eat them and pickels at the same time. And my stomache seems a bit fuller. And my boobs a bit heavier. But all hpt I tried so far are neg. I know I seem and am a bit moe emotional.
