Default How big should a follicle be?

Hello-
I'm in my first Femera cycle and Ovulated on CD 16. However, the follie scan showed only one follie measuring 15 mm (almost 16 mm). I'm thinking this is much to small to even be able to conceive. Is that right?

Angela, when was the scan? Follies can really jump in size in a day or two.
