OK ladies now I'm confused....I HATE OPKs!!! I started testing yesterday and yesterday was neg...I just barely had a line. I tested today and its so close to positive that I'm not sure. So I decided to test again...same thing! URG!! The test line in REALLY thin but it look like its as dark as the control line. What do you guys think? I guess that I will test again tomorrow and see what it looks like. Since the line looks as dark shouldn't it still postive even if its skinny? URG I hate this. OK next question...LOL...I promise this is the last one....if I had a +OPK today then when is 1DPO? That is so confusing to me. Do I count Friday or Saturday as 1DPO?

The day after you O will be DPO1. SO if you have a neg OPK tomorrow I would count that as DPO1. What time of day are you testing. Are you testing with at least 4 hours after drinking anything? The longer you hold in the middle of the day is best. Hope that helps. Feel free to ask away ok.

Christina - Thanks so much for your answer! I am testing at 8PM but I work nightshift so I don't get up until 3-3:30PM. I don't know if that makes a difference with the test or not. Thanks again. I will test tomorrow just to make sure that I don't see a "better" + tomorrow.

Jessica if possible can you post a pic of your test. Are you taking you temp? Checking any other fertility signs like CP or CM?

I would just keep testing until the OPK's turn again. U may be just gearing up to O and that is why the test line is still thin or this may be all the ++ that u get.......KWIM!!

As ur 2 most fertile days begin with the LH surge, u r most likely to get pg if u have sex within 24 - 36 hours after u detect the LH surge. So O will usually occur the day after the first ++ OPK, this will mean that 1DPO is 2 days after that initial OPK. I hope I am making sense

Thanks soooo much for you help!!! How do people actually get pg by accident! LOL! Anyway I got a beautiful + today on the OPK so I guess yesterday was just really close.

The one on top was yesterday and the bottom was todays. So I will be 1DPO on Saturday? Is that right? Thanks again for everyones help. They say it takes a village to raise a kid but sometimes I think it takes the whole village just to get it here!LOL!

The def looks like a +++ You should be O'ing within 24 hours. Have tou been DTD the past few days. I get so excited seeing ++OPK's. Ever more when I see a ++HPT Good Luck sweetie!!!

That one on the bottom is definately +++, so I would say that u will O within the next 24 - 36 hours, therefore making Saturday 1DPO .
