I've been using the Clear Blue Easy Fertility Monitor for 4 months now. Every other month it never picks up on ovulation, but yet I still get a period. Is it possible to not ovulate and still have a period? Right now I'm on CD 19 and no sign of O'ing yet, but since CD 12 I've been getting the 2 bars instead of 1...but never all 3. Its almost like one of my ovaries isn't working right or something but I still get AF showing up...I'm a bit baffled by it all right now.

With the beginning of ur next cy, I would try resetting the memory and starting a fresh.

R u also using OPK's to detect O'tion?? U say that ur getting 2 lines on the test sticks, which line is darker, the left or the right line?? If the left line is darker than the right, then O has not occurred yet, but if the right line is darker or getting darker, then O is either imminent or has already occurred.

I highly recommend using OPK's along with the monitor, that way u can be sure of detecting O'tion.

There r some pictures of what the test sticks should look like in the FAQ sticky thread, u should check it out to compare ur test sticks. There r also the reset instructions to help u reset ur monitor

I used opks for several cycles with the fm. I also pay close attention to the sticks because the lines can tell you what's happening.
