I've used my CBE monitor off and on for many cycles. I've just recently started using it again and for the first time I'm having an issue w/it. I'm on CD 13 and I've been testing right around the same time each morning. BUT when I turned the monitor on this am it didn't ask for a test stick I called the helpline and basicly the rep told me it sounded like I was turning it on later than ususal. Which I know I'm not but I'll try tommrow to turn it on earlier and see what happens. Anyone else ever had this happen, if so what was the end result?? TIA

Have you always started testing on the same cycle day? What day is it? The only thing I can think of is that not using it regularly is confusing it, or it's letting you know you don't need to use so many sticks since your cycles are regular.

I don't know what else it could be if you are certain you are using it at the correct time. Maybe after your current cycle you could completely reset the monitor.

Nancy thx for your reply. When I set it up on CD 5 it was very early in the morning. I don't usually get up that early so I just have to make sure I turn it on during that 3 hr window or I will miss out testing for that day.

It sure is! UGH I thought my cycles were getting back to "normal" I'm tired of seeing just the 1 bar aka low fertility. Oh well Thx for checking back Nancy

Right after I posted this I went to check the status of today's test stick and wouldn't ya know it's HIGH! Soooooo we shall see how how long before I get to my peak reading
