It detected O on my 4th cycle.

1st- It missed it and gave me Highs.
2nd- Anovulatory and it gave all Highs
3rd- Isn't marked as being used on my chart so who knows.
4th- Got a peak with O.

It seemed pretty accurate after that. If I had a lot of highs and nothing then I was anovulatory.

Thanks. I bought one awhile back, but haven't used it for a full cycle yet.

I found that mine was accurate the first month of using it . I have had one month since then, where I got a 'Peak' on CD14 & 15, but I did not actually O until CD21. Luckily I was using OPK's and checking CM etc...., otherwise I would have missed O that month.

Mine was accurate from the first month. All 4 cycles so far I have O'd 2 days after my first "Peak" reading. So, on the actual O Day, I actually have a "High" reading. But I guess thats what the Peak means...peak time for BD since (for me anyway) since its prime baby making time (2 days before O).

I used the monitor for 2 months several months ago and it gave me high for 3 weeks and no peak. The second month, I got a peak, but the high was way too long.

I am using this in addition to using the charting method in TCOYF.
